Welcome to our site. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a cheesecake. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cheesecakes by Battle operates from a licensed commercial kitchen and complies with all applicable City of Massillon and State of Ohio food safety regulations.

1. Order Policy

All orders are available for pickup on Saturdays and Sundays only. Your cheesecake will be ready on the weekend of your selected pickup date.
All cheesecakes must be paid in full at the time of ordering. No additional action is required prior to pickup—simply arrive during your scheduled pickup weekend to collect your order.
Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup weekend will be held for up to one (1) additional week. After this holding period, the order will be forfeited without refund, credit, or replacement due to limited storage capacity.
Requests to reschedule a pickup date must be made at least one (1) week in advance of the original pickup date and are subject to availability.
Due to high seasonal demand and limited production capacity, orders cannot be rescheduled into the months of November or December under any circumstances, including emergencies, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled pickup date to be eligible for consideration.
Cancellations requested less than one (1) week before the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refunds will be issued only if an incorrect flavor or incorrect size is provided compared to what was ordered.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued based on personal taste preferences or subjective dissatisfaction.
Due to their custom nature, Build Your Own (BYO) cheesecakes are final sale and non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Gluten and Allergens

We offer gluten-free and allergen-friendly options and will attempt to accommodate dietary requests when possible. However, all products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, dairy, and other common allergens.
While we take reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.
Customers with severe food allergies assume all risk when placing an order.

4. Storage & Freshness

Cheesecake must be refrigerated or frozen upon purchase.
If refrigerated, please enjoy within 5 days for best quality.
For longer storage, cheesecake may be frozen for up to 3 months.
We recommend wrapping tightly in plastic wrap or an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. Do not refreeze.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

Cheesecakes by Battle reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, power outages, severe weather, illness, supply shortages, or regulatory issues.
In the event of cancellation, a refund or credit will be issued at our discretion.

6. Photography and Marketing

Cheesecakes by Battle may photograph or record completed orders for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes. No personal customer information will be shared without prior consent.
