Drove like 45 minutes down to Cheesecake by Battle,it was well worth the drive! I believe it was the owner who waited on us,he super nice and he appreciated us making the drive to his shop. Cheesecakes by Battle began during the COVID-19 quarantine as a small passion project in Massillon, Ohio, founded by David Battle. With the help of friends, family, and neighbors, we perfected our recipes and built a loyal customer base from the ground up. Word of mouth, along with an unwavering commitment to quality, fueled our steady growth over the years.

On January 7, 2022, David married Carol, and the business entered an exciting new chapter. David’s handcrafted cheesecakes, paired with Carol’s creativity and marketing expertise, have helped Cheesecakes by Battle soar to new heights. Together, we continue to build our little bakery on a foundation of quality, community, and creativity—values that will guide us for years to come.
