Frequently Asked Questions
How do I order catering?>
Ordering catering is simple. First, select your style and your quantity. Then, select a flavor you'd like. The order additional flavors, we require more items to be ordered. Our on screen guide will show you how many more dozen is needed to unlock another flavor.
What flavors can I order?>
Currently, we're allowing one flavor for every two (2) dozen ordered, up to a max of six (6) flavors.
Is there any special pricing if I order more?>
Yes! There are four tiers of pricing. Tier 1 is base cost. Tier 2 pricing ($6 off per dozen) kicks in once 4 dozen are selected. Tier 3 pricing ($12 off per dozen) kicks in once 9 dozen are selected. Finally, tier 4 pricing ($18 off per dozen) kicks in once 17 dozen are selected.
I don't see a flavor that I wanted in my order>

Can I order a full cheesecake with my catering order?>
YES! You can order any cheesecake flavor we have listed, or Build Your Own Cheesecake to your catering order.
When do I pay for my catering order?>
After submitting your order, we'll get a notification to review. If everything looks good and we can accommodate it we will send you a link for payment.
What is the lead time for a catering order?>
We need at least one week in advance for your order. For very large orders we may need additional time and that would be discussed prior to payment. We are a small bakery at heart!
Will you deliver to my venue?>
Pricing on this page is for pickup orders only. Delivery is a possibility, however it all depends on volume and distance. Let us know if you need delivery in the Order Notes field on the checkout page.
My event is cancelled can I get a refund?>
We will refund up to 50% of the cost up to 14 days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled within 14 days of the pick up date, we are unable to process a refund unfortunately due to material cost, labor, and prep time lost.
I completed checkout but it never asked for my card. What's up? Did you get my order??? HELP!>
Not to worry! Once a catering order is placed we'll review it and send an email with a link to finish checkout once everything is good!
